Virtus Secure New Student Accomodation

Virtus Security have recently completed the CCTV, DATA, DOOR ENTRY & TV/IRS systems at the exciting new Yara students acccomodation in Ladwell Greater London.

The site consists of 92 self contained studio student flats and 350 sqm of commercial space on the ground floor.

Virtus completed the project working alongside the main M&E contract to deliver the project on time and budget.

Virtus were instrumental in understanding the sites requirements and specifying a full security solution. Louis and his teams knowledge and experience enabled the installation to be completed in conjunction with our existing infrastructure, and installed in a fully occupied building both efficiently and cost effectively. The whole project from design to installation was expertly managed by the Virtus team.
